More than 130,000 people visit this great track each year and there are 48 campsites with shelters, which are approximately 10km apart near Perth and about 20km apart further south. It is important to note that you cannot book this accommodation along the track itself, only in the surrounding towns. It is therefore essential that you come prepared with a tent and sleeping equipment, incase the shelter is full when you arrive.
