Ardath is a small town on the railway line between Corrigin and Bruce Rock. It was originally named Kerkenin in April 1914, but was changed to Ardath in 1915 because of the confusion many people had with Kukerin.

Ardath is home to a large Edwardian pub, silos and sandalwood trees. Ardath is located 254km east of Perth.
