Leonora
Leonora was established as a gold-mining town and still possesses the wide streets and verandah shopfronts of that time. Leonora is 833km north-east of Perth and has a population of 1,196.
Leonora is a beautiful old town. The main street is filled with character with the old hotels, and pubs, a general store, supermarket and café. An annual event, golf and clay target shooting attract any visitors. There are many buildings worth a look the old police station, courthouse and the old fire station.
