Mullewa is a wheat belt town. There is a lot to be seen in Mullewa, some of which are; The Church of Our Lady of Mt Carmel and the Holy Apostles St Peter and St Paul, The Priest House, Pioneer Cemetery and Butterabby Grave, which holds the remains of many whom were sentence to death by spear in 1864.
