Mount Barker is a small and peaceful town surrounded by beautiful green rolling hills. The town features a charismatic, winding main street.

There are numerous vineyards to visit, a Police Station Museum, and the beautiful Porongurup National Park.

Old Police Station and Gaol

The Old Police Station and Lockup is located just north of the town on Albany Highway, it was built by convicts and opened "business" on March 6 1868.  more
