This small town of 250 is situated on the edge of the stunning Fitzgerald River National Park some 515km south-east of Perth. A popular destination for fishing and whale-watching.

The Surveyor General, John Septimus Roe, named Bremer Bay in 1848 in honour of Sir James Gordon Bremer, Captain of the Tamar.

A 4WD will give you access to many beautiful beaches and some great spots for fishing. There are also a few beaches which are now accessible by 2WD cars.
